Newborn Sessions take place at your home - this is the best place for baby and a growing family to feel at peace. I photograph a mix of styled baby portraits and documentary style of your family. I have a variety of styling props. Newborns are best photographed within the first 2 weeks of birth. I am always honored to capture the earliest moments of your new baby's life.

What to expect? I like to start the planning of a newborn session with an introductory call to understand you, your family, and your home! I love natural light and therefore, seek to find the best spots in your home for our styled newborn photos. During the session, baby leads! My approach is flexible and adaptable to what baby needs. Whether you are new or seasoned parents, I'll work with you to make sure the session is calm and the images capture the essence of your newborn and family.
Maternity & Newborn

What to expect? While most of us enjoy taking photos, it's rare we find ourselves at the subjects of an hour long session. It can be uncomfortable and awkward, I get it! I am here to make all your nerves go away. I'll spend a bit of time getting to know you and will help you ease into our session. Are there particular images you want? No problem. We'll collaborate on those and I'll also look for those special moments in between. Not sure what to wear? We'll talk through all of that. These images are about you. I am here to take care of you.
